Hi, I'm Steph! I'm so glad you're here!I've been where you are, I've dealt with several of my own health challenges over the years. So many digestive issues, low energy, sugar cravings, inflammation, PMS, and anxiety. I'm proof to show you, that there is hope!This is exactly why I love nutritional therapy. I get to the root cause of what's going on in your body, and I take into consideration the WHOLE body.You never have to do this alone. I'm here to help you feel empowered & confident in caring for your body! Equipping you with tools and strategies to last you a lifetime.

How does nutritional therapy work?
We start exactly where you are. As your NTP, I am partnering with you during this time to help dive more deeply into what underlying issues can be contributing to your symptoms and where your body needs the most support right now.
We get to the root cause. When something in the body gets out of balance, that's when we see these symptoms begin to pop up. We'll work together to regain that balance.
We begin with a comprehensive dive into your health history, symptoms and by testing for nutrient imbalances.
Always a food first approach. Food is medicine! I'm here to help you know what nutrients + areas in your body you need to focus on.
Learning how to live life in a sustainable way that's going to allow your metabolism, hormones, and gut to function as they should! Because, this isn't something that the latest fad diet, juice cleanse or biohacking tool is going to fix. We're building a strong, sturdy foundation!
